Pharmacy Licence Register

Medsafe publishes the Pharmacy Licence Register monthly. The attached register extract provides access to the following information for each licensed pharmacy:

1. Legal Entity (the operator of the pharmacy)
2. Premises Name (the trading name of the pharmacy)
3. Street address details
4. District Health Board (DHB) region
