The following table summarises dates and deadlines for processes for the Medicines Classification Committee. These dates and deadlines correspond with the timelines for reclassification submissions and consultations. All submission are due by 5 pm NZST of the corresponding due date.

Please address any correspondence to the Secretary of the Medicines Classification Committee (committees@health.govt.nz).

The due date for submissions has been extended from 19 August 2024, to 27 September 2024
