| Issue: | The manufacturer has become aware that the enclosed heating element for these batches is overheating. If users allow the device to run dry (ie don't turn the device off after steaming is complete as directed in the IFU), this can cause the heating module polymer housing to disintegrate. This may result in the device producing smoke or fumes. If the heating module finger is exposed, it could cause burns. |
