| Issue: | The manufacturer is aware of seven vulnerabilities (collectively known as Access:7) associated with the remote access solution (Axeda Agent and Axeda Desktop Server for Windows) produced by Axeda. It has identified that the Axeda vulnerabilities impact Leica Biosystems CEREBRO System with the RemoteCare solution installed. The Axeda software and Leica RemoteCare for CEREBRO was phased out at the end of 2020. RemoteCare and is no longer distributed or supported. However, the CEREBRO System could be vulnerable if the RemoteCare software remains installed. Customers with RemoteCare software still installed on the CEREBRO System should contact a local Sales and Support Representative for assistance with removal of the software. |
