| Issue: | The manufacturer has become aware of Infinity Central-Station (ICS) restarts causing loss of central monitoring for approximately 30 – 60 seconds. The ICS is the primary monitor for ECG and pulse oximetry on the Infinity M300 and M300+ wireless telemetry devices. Investigations have determined that disconnecting / connecting of any type of USB device will cause a restart. In some cases, the touchscreen can perform connects and disconnects to the ICS many times per second. The ICS restarting is unpredictable as the USB connects and disconnects do not cause the ICS to restart each time. |
