| Issue: | The BOC LIFE LINE™ Emergency Oxygen Resuscitation Kit has 2 modules inside the red kit bag; 'Standard Module (Blue pouch)' & 'Professional Module (Yellow pouch). The manufacturer has identified that both adult and paediatric oxygen masks in the Professional Module (Yellow pouch), are missing the tubing connector piece between the mask & the tubing. As a result, the O2 tubing is not able to connect to the mask. |
