| Issue: | The manufacturer has become aware of a potential issue on Revolution CT, Revolution CT ES, Revolution Apex, Revolution CT Apex Edition systems when adding one or more intended scan groups. The additional group names must contain only letters, numbers (0-9), or a space or the user interface will not update to confirm the intended group(s) has been added to the acquisition. Consequently, each additional scan group with non-alphanumeric characters that the user attempts to add will be included in the acquisition but will not be visible to the user as being included in the scan. This could result in exposing the patient to unintended X-ray radiation. |
