It has been identified that a design change on October 23, 2018 changed the form of the XPS mattress [(Item#: 6506-003-130) and (6500-003-130)] causing an incompatibility when used in combination with certain serial numbers of the Schnitzler Paediatric Restraint System (Item# 0058-384-000). |
