| Issue: | On July 17, 2020, the manufacturer released a routine update to the communication certificates for MyCareLink Relay™ Bluetooth Home Communicators. During the update process, an issue occurred that did not fully exchange the new and previous certificates. Until the Relay communicator is powered off and back on, data transmissions (including CareAlerts™), are disabled between the communicator and the CareLink Network. Once the power cycle is complete, the Relay Communicator will connect normally to the CareLink Network using the new certificates and any data from a manual or scheduled transmission, or CareAlert affected by this issue will be sent. Relay Communicators that were distributed after July 17, 2020 are not in scope of this communication. |
