| Issue: | The manufacturer is conducting a medical device withdrawal of 02 lots of Disposable filter SKU E4429 22 ("Disposable Filter"). The Disposable Filter is a single-use and sterile, disposable 25 mm filter which is used during cataract surgery. This device can be used to filter medications or air prior to injecting into the patient so that no unwanted particles are injected.
