| Issue: | Certain Main Disconnect Panels (MDPs) from various third party suppliers may not meet the manufacturer preinstallation specifications. As a result, when the Emergency Off (E-Off) circuit is activated, the MDP will not remove power to the Heat Exchanger Cabinet (HEC). Although this condition by itself does not pose a risk, the forced air from the cooling fan in the HEC may accelerate an unrelated thermal event (e.g., fire or smoke). |
