| Issue: | The manufacturer has become aware of a potential problem with our Xper Information Management System version 2.4.2 and 2.4.3. The problem was detected regarding the calculations of PVR, TPVR, SVR and TSVR. Due to an error in the software code CO is used for all PVR and SVR calculations when using the Fick principle. In a heart with no shunt the calculation result will be correct as QS,Qp and CO are normally equal. In the presence of a shunt the calculated resistance value is incorrect. |
