| Issue: | 11 fixed safety filters were returned from the field after motorised safety filterupgrade. On inspection 2 of the 11 were found to have a small crack along one edge. Evaluation of the optics found that the Optical Density was within specification however found that the glass in one particular area on both of them was cracked. |
