Stop using Euky Bear Warm Steam Vaporiser – model number EBSV2013

If you have a Euky Bear Warm Steam Vaporiser, model number EBSV2013, stop using it immediately. The heating element inside the device can overheat, causing the base of the blue heating module to disintegrate and produce smoke and fumes. If the heating element becomes exposed, it could burn you.
The problem only affects Euky Bear Warm Steam Vaporiser model number EBSV2013 (all batches). No other model numbers are affected.
This alert follows the 2023 recall of four batches of this device.

- If you have purchased a Euky Bear Warm Steam Vaporiser, model number EBSV2013, stop using it immediately.
- You can find the model number on the sticker on top of the blue heating module near the power cord. See Figure 1 below.
- Unplug the device and cut off the power cord. Dispose of the device and power cord (eg, place it in the rubbish).
- To arrange a replacement, email: customerservice@cs.co.nz
- Please do not return the affected device to the place of purchase.
